Vecdör also reduces the time it takes to clean and maintain Automotive OEM, Automotive Aftermarket, Industrial and Marine Paint finishes from 50-60% by creating a self-cleaning paint surface. Vecdör Nanocoatings produce an ultra-scratch resistant and self-cleaning surface. Dirt & Grime simply bead-off a fully cured Vecdör surface with running water. Our nanotechnology based coatings produce an extreme water repellant, self-cleaning, high-gloss and super-hard surface that repels dirt and other surface contaminants with running water. Water droplets roll across a cured Zvyere surface picking-up dirt and contaminants leaving behind a cleaner surface.

Vecdör's Self-Cleaning Action is produced with photo-catalytic, hydrophobic and surface release properties that all converge to produce a surface that is 50-60% easier to clean and maintain. The following three attributes are what define Vecdör Nanocoatings as Self-Cleaning:

  • Vecdör possesses self-cleaning photo-catalytic properties from nanoparticles of ZLLC Oxide, which are energized by UV rays from the sun (even on cloudy days) to help loosen organic dirt particles from the surface. Vecdör also provides UV protection to prevent substrate deterioration.

  • Vecdör possesses self-cleaning release properties, which help prevent dirt, grime and other surface contaminants from attaching to a fully cured Vecdör surface. Dirt, Grime, Paint and even Ink wipe off easily. Vecdör can easily be recoated (sanding required using a 1500-2000 grit sandpaper).

  • Vecdör possesses self-cleaning hydrophobic properties, which causes water droplets to bead off of a fully cured surface picking up dirt and other surface contaminant along the way. This Self-cleaning Action helps to clean and maintain important surfaces and to accelerate drying leaving the surface with minimal spotting.
